Made at Frankford Arsenal in the early 1870’s, it is a copper cased centerfire using Benet’s patent inside primer, held in place by two indentations near the base. BOX TOP IS DETACHED , BUT STILL VERY READABLE. TAPE ON END OF BOX ALSO ..VINTAGE AMMO IS IN GOOD CONDITION FOR ITS AGE. (see pictures)?
