📜 Description

Here is a really neat Confederate Southern Cross Personal Grouping Belonging to 2nd Kentucky Cavalry Soldier James D. Bryant who fought for Cavalry General John Hunt Morgan. His service was cut short after being taken prisoner of war in 1863 and in 1865 being released on an oath of allegiance to the US. Later he was an active member of the Kentucky United Confederate Veterans with the rank of Major of ordinance. Here is a chance to own his Southern Cross made in Atlanta, 1905 Kentucky reunion medal , a Confederate Seal with ribbons and all of his obituary newspaper articles of his death. Included are picture copies of his service records and a letter oath of allegiance he signed to the US in 1865 to be released from Prison Camp Douglas.
